Warranty and Product Exchange:


Our priority is to ensure total customer satisfaction with the products purchased at Tutti Sport. All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, and we offer the possibility of an exchange if the product delivered does not match the original order.

 

Exchange procedures:


I. The deadline for requesting an exchange due to a defect or difference in the order is 7 calendar days after receipt.
II. In the event of a defect, please contact us with your CPF number, order number, the product to be returned and the nature of the defect.
III. After receiving the request, we will forward it to the quality department for analysis and authorization of the exchange.

 

Analysis and Trading Options:


Your complaint will be analyzed within 7 working days. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp, offering you the following alternatives:

 

Refund of the amount paid.

  • Sending a new product identical to the one ordered.
  • Receipt of a product of similar value.
  • Coupon with the value of the product for future purchases.

A. Refusal of Exchange/Return:

I. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 calendar days of delivery; contact us as soon as possible to start the process.
II. It is essential to keep the original label and packaging.
III. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for personalized orders, except for incorrect personalization or product defects.

B. Shipping fees:
Tutti Sport only charges shipping fees for orders with a factory defect, incorrect customization or a size different from that requested. In the event of an exchange of model, size or return, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

C. Choosing another model in the exchange:
Yes, it is possible to choose another model, as long as it is of the same value or the customer covers the price difference.

D. Order Cancellation:
According to the CDC, cancellation must be requested within 7 working days of receipt. Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days. Refunds will be made to a current account within a maximum of 10 working days.
