All the products available at Tutti Sport are of international origin and are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Brazil, Sweden and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase. All products that have reached customs after 10/04/2023 are subject to taxation.

Purchases made can take up to a maximum of 7 days to be processed and, once processed, orders can take up to a maximum of 7 days to be posted.

Our delivery time is 7 to 20 working days after the order is posted.

In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few days, due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, in short, situations beyond our control. The deadline varies according to the speed of the Post Office, which can vary greatly from region to region.

Once the stipulated period has elapsed and the goods have not been received, we will contact the agents involved in the process (carriers, customs and the Post Office) to find out where your goods are. However, if the goods are not received within 60 days, we will refund your purchase in full!

Despite the extended delivery time, we guarantee you'll love it and it'll be worth the wait! And if you don't love it when it arrives, we also have a return policy so you won't feel dissatisfied in any way.

Please note that you may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, rest assured that this is completely normal.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped internationally, you will receive a tracking code in your e-mail or on the cell phone you provided during registration. Once the product has been posted, it can take up to a maximum of 10 days for you to receive the tracking code and thus be able to consult the information on the journey.

IMPORTANT General Conditions

  1. Delivery not made - Incorrect address or no letter carrier at the address

Tutti Sport will send the products to the address you request. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask you to be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order, so that it is not filled in incorrectly or incompletely. Our system automatically processes orders based on the address provided, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to the address registered on your order. After 3 (three) delivery attempts and the return of the product to the Post Office, you will have to pick up the order at the nearest Post Office. All details relating to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up their package in the event of a missing address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store. Storage fees are charged if not picked up within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not pick it up, the post office will return the package to the sender and the customer will have to pay a new charge to resend the product. If the customer withdraws from the purchase and does not accept the reshipment, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded minus the Freight amount (even if the item was purchased under a Free Shipping promotion) since Poloro Express has been charged twice for Freight, when sending to the requested address and when returning to the supplier. 

In some cases, there is no letter carrier at the address, so it is necessary for the customer to pick up the goods at the post office closest to their address , which will be indicated on the tracking page on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

  1. Absent recipient

Make sure there is someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address, in which case the recipient of the package will have to pick it up at the Post Office within 7 calendar days. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

It is possible that there may be a slight variation in color due to each user's monitor, which may change one to two shades (lighter or darker) from the actual color of the product.

Customs: In situations where customs duties are applied to products purchased, we would like to clarify that Tutti Sport will assume the burden of payment and will be responsible for any related charges. It is worth noting that we act as business intermediaries and, although we have no direct control over the movement of goods, we assume responsibility for paying these fees, relieving our customers of this burden.
