Shipping and deadlines

We work with international suppliers from the United States, Europe and Asia, so we always guarantee the best price and the best quality!

Our suppliers will ship your product directly to you from the factory.

Purchases made can take up to a maximum of 7 days to be processed and, once processed, orders can take up to a maximum of 9 days to be posted.

Delivery time is between 7 and 20 working days.

If there are customs delays and the order is held up in Brazil, this time until release does not count as delivery time. 

We take care to choose suppliers who, in addition to price and quality, also speed up shipping times. 

Once the deadline has passed, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. 

If the post office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers.

If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase in full immediately following these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by e-mail between 5 and 10 working days after confirmation of your order.

If your order has been placed using the Boleto Bancário option, the time between payment and bank clearance can be up to 5 working days.
